Bella’s Home Services – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.

  • Payment details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the client. If additional time or work is required, this will be discussed before continuing.

  • A minimum call‑out fee of £80 applies to all carpet‑cleaning bookings. If the service selected is priced below £80, the total will be adjusted to meet the minimum. Any remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer on the day.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non‑refundable.

  • If we arrive and cannot gain access to the property, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Access to Your Property

  • Clients must provide the correct address and any access instructions before the appointment.

  • If parking is required, please let us know in advance. Any parking fees must be covered by the client.

  • If we cannot access the property due to missing information or no one being home, the appointment may be cancelled without a refund.

4. Pets & Household Safety

  • Please inform us if you have pets and whether they need to be secured during the appointment.

  • We are pet‑friendly, but we cannot be responsible for pets escaping or causing damage while we are working.

  • For safety, pets and children must be kept away from tools, equipment, and cleaning products.

5. Cleaning & Home Support Services

  • We do not move heavy furniture unless agreed in advance.

  • We cannot clean or organise areas containing hazardous materials, infestations, or unsafe conditions.

  • If a job requires more time than booked, we will inform you and, if possible, offer to extend the session.

6. Carpet Cleaning Services

  • Drying times vary depending on carpet type, ventilation, and weather.

  • Stain removal is not guaranteed, but we will always aim for the best possible result.

  • Pre‑existing damage, wear, or discolouration may affect the final outcome.

  • We require access to water and electricity to complete the service.

  • Please remove small items and personal belongings from the area being cleaned.

7. DIY & Home Improvement Services

  • All DIY work is carried out to a high standard, but we do not undertake electrical, gas, or structural work.

  • Clients must confirm whether materials are provided or need to be sourced.

  • If additional materials are required, the cost will be added to the final invoice.

8. Liability

  • We take great care in your home, but we cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before the appointment.

  • Please store valuables safely before we arrive.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse work if the environment is unsafe or unhygienic.

  • We do not provide medical or personal care services (washing, lifting, medication, etc.).

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking.

  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.

  • Inform us of any allergies, preferred products, or special requirements.

  • Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the work area.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
