Bella’s Home Services – Combined Service Policy
1. Minimum Call‑Out Fee
A minimum call‑out fee of £80 applies to all carpet‑cleaning bookings.
If the service you select is priced below £80, the total will be adjusted to meet the minimum.
Any remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.
2. Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once you receive your confirmation email.
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
If a deposit is required for larger jobs, this will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
Missed appointments with no notice may be charged at the full service rate.
4. Access & Parking
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property.
If parking fees apply, these may be added to the final service cost.
Please ensure someone is home at the time of the appointment.
5. Carpet Cleaning Policy
Drying times vary depending on carpet type, ventilation, and weather.
Stain removal is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to achieve the best possible result.
Pre-existing damage, wear, or discolouration may affect the final outcome.
We require access to water and electricity to complete the service.
Please remove small items and personal belongings from the area being cleaned.
6. Pets & Children
We are a pet-friendly service.
For safety, please keep pets and young children away from the cleaning area during the appointment.
7. Health & Safety
Our team follows safe working practices at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or unhygienic beyond reasonable expectations.
Hazardous materials or bodily fluids cannot be cleaned as part of our standard service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best results, please:
Ensure the area is accessible and clutter-free
Inform us of any delicate fabrics, loose carpets, or special requirements
Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
9. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is used only for booking, communication, and service delivery.
We do not share your details with third parties.
