Regular maintenance cleaning to keep your home fresh, tidy, and manageable.
Includes (typical standard clean):
General dusting and wiping of surfaces
Bathroom tidy and wipe‑down
Kitchen tidy and wipe‑down
Hoovering and mopping
Beds made (where requested)
Rubbish emptied
Best for: Weekly or fortnightly cleans, busy families, everyday upkeep.
Deep cleaning
A more detailed clean focusing on areas that don’t get done in a regular clean.
Includes (typical deep clean):
Full bathroom deep clean
Full kitchen deep clean
Skirting boards, door frames, window sills
Behind/under accessible furniture
Limescale and grease removal (where reasonable)
Detailed dusting and wipe‑down
Best for: Seasonal resets, neglected areas, pre‑event or “big reset” cleans.
Airbnb cleaning
Turnover cleaning designed for short‑stay properties and hosts who need consistency.
Includes:
Full reset of the property
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
Hoovering and mopping
Rubbish removal
Light staging for guest‑ready presentation
Important:
Clean linen must be provided on site (we do not supply linen).
Clear access instructions (codes, key safe, lockbox) must be provided.
Best for: Airbnb hosts, serviced accommodation, short‑stay rentals.
End‑of‑tenancy cleaning
A full, professional clean designed to meet landlord and agency expectations.
Includes:
Full deep clean of all rooms
Inside cupboards
Bathroom descaling and sanitising
Kitchen degreasing and cleaning
Floors throughout
High‑touch areas (handles, switches, etc.)
Fridge & oven policy:
Inside fridge cleaning is included only if the fridge is completely empty.
If the fridge is not empty, a separate add‑on must be booked.
Oven cleaning is not included in the standard End‑of‑Tenancy clean and is available as a separate add‑on service.
Best for: Moving out, pre‑inventory checks, landlord/agency requirements.
DIY & home improvements
Small home services to support maintenance and upgrades.
Examples:
Furniture assembly
Surface mould treatment (not structural damp repair)
Painting and decorating
Painting prep and minor home fixes
Durations and prices vary by job and are shown on the booking page. Some services may require add‑ons (e.g. furniture move, paint supply).
Steam cleaning add‑ons
Steam cleaning is available as an add‑on to selected cleaning services. It uses high‑temperature steam to sanitise and detail surfaces without harsh chemicals.
Common steam add‑ons:
Bathroom steam sanitising (tiles, grout, shower screen, taps, toilet base, floor edges)
Kitchen steam sanitising (hob, sink, cupboard fronts, worktops, splashback)
Floor steam refresh (hard floors, entryways, skirting edges)
Mattress and sofa steam refresh (heat‑safe fabrics only)
Important:
Surfaces must be pre‑cleaned; steam is for sanitising, not general cleaning.
Steam cannot be used on real wood floors, velvet, silk, or heat‑sensitive materials.
Steam cleaning does not include inside appliances.
Standalone steam sanitising (where offered)
Standalone steam appointments are for customers who want steam sanitising only, without a full clean, and are suitable for pre‑cleaned properties.

Sofa and mattress steam refresh
Properties must be already clean, uncluttered, and suitable for steaming.
How Our Add‑Ons Work
Add‑ons are optional extra services that can be selected during booking to customise your clean. They allow you to add additional tasks that are not included in standard, deep, Airbnb, or End‑of‑Tenancy cleaning packages.
Common add‑ons include:
Inside oven clean
Inside fridge clean
Steam cleaning options
Extra rooms or extra time
DIY extras (e.g., furniture move, paint supply)
Fridge Add‑On Policy
Inside fridge cleaning can be booked as an add‑on at any time, even if the fridge is not empty.
For End‑of‑Tenancy cleans, inside fridge cleaning is included only if the fridge is completely empty.
If the fridge is not empty during an End‑of‑Tenancy clean, the Inside Fridge Add‑On must be booked.
Why Add‑Ons Are Important
Add‑ons ensure the correct time, tools, and pricing are allocated for your appointment. They must be selected during booking so your cleaner can prepare and complete all requested tasks safely and efficiently.
